Chimichurri

Chimichurri is a fresh, spicy and tangy salsa; all things that’ll make your tastebuds sing.

The first time I tried Chimichurri I as in an Argentinean restaurant in the south of Spain. The smell of grilling meats and rich spices hit me as I entered the room. I sat down and ordered a steak and within minutes it was placed in front of me topped with this incredible salsa. I took one bite and I was in love. What a perfect way to dress a steak.

So, if you like your steak with a big hit, get into this baby. (Oh, I have also been known to spread it over grilled chicken, lamb and even fish and it tastes great)
