How to make Pastrami

I would like to say that I am a complete aficionado when it comes to making pastrami, but that would be a lie. I’m not going to pretend. I don’t make it. I do however, have a friend who has a smoker and wanted a pastrami mix , so I made it for him. The blend is named after him - Nugget.

I’ve tasted the result and it’s pretty damn good.
