Pork with Snake Beans

ingredients

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp light soya sauce or tamari

¼ tsp sugar

2 tbsp vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic finely chopped

350gm pork fillet finely sliced

250gm snake beans cut into 5cm lengths
For garnish: 1 long red chilli seeded and finely sliced and sweet basil leaves
method

Mix the oyster sauce, soy and sugar with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl

Heat the oil in the wok or frying pan and stir fry the garlic until light brown

Add the pork fillet and stir fry over high heat until cooked

Add the beans and the sauce and stir fry for a few minutes

Adjust seasoning add garnish and serve
Note: you could add sliced eschallots and cherry tomatoes to this dish for added depth
